About SATEC 2024

Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference (SATEC) 2024, held in conjunction with the Singapore Airshow, is jointly organised by the Republic of Singapore Air Force, Air Engineering and Logistics Department (RSAF, AELD) and the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers (SIAE).

This biennial conference brings together engineers and researchers from defence and government, key aerospace industry players and academia to discuss key developments and advancements in aerospace technology and engineering.

SATEC has a long and illustrious history dating back to 2004, with the RSAF and SIAE jointly organising the biennial New Challenges in Aerospace Technology and Maintenance Conference (NCATMC). The NCATMC was subsequently renamed SATEC since 2012.

More than 1200 delegates (physical and virtual) from both military and civil aerospace and defence industries, as well as senior officials from government agencies are expected to attend the event.
